Welcome to NED Careers. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making use of any of our products or services.

1. Services Provided

NED Careers offers professional services tailored to individuals seeking board and committee roles, including but not limited to:

  • CV and LinkedIn profile writing
  • Board application documentation
  • Career coaching and strategy sessions
  • Online courses and downloadable guides

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information to enable us to deliver tailored and high-quality services. Delays caused by the lack of required information or late responses may impact timelines and are not the responsibility of NED Careers.

3. Refund and Return Policy

3.1 Downloadable Products

Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued for downloadable products once purchased. Clients are advised to review product descriptions carefully before completing a transaction.

3.2 Courses and Coaching Sessions

Clients may cancel or reschedule coaching sessions or live courses by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. In such cases, where sessions were cancelled, a full refund for that session will be granted. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. Where a session was rescheduled, the usual payment will be required.

3.3 Written Products (CVs, Applications, LinkedIn Profiles)

As part of our commitment to client satisfaction, we do not offer refunds for written products. Instead, we work with clients iteratively until the final product meets expectations. Clients are encouraged to communicate feedback within the agreed review period to enable timely adjustments.

4. Outcome Disclaimer

While NED Careers provides expert guidance and strategic support in preparing candidates for non-executive board opportunities, we do not and cannot guarantee a board appointment. The outcome of any application or engagement with a board is subject to numerous external factors beyond our control, including market demand, individual board requirements, and the discretion of nominating committees. Our services are designed to enhance your positioning and presentation, not to ensure placement.
