Position Description
Treasurer Role:
Our Treasurer of 14 years recently retired. The role includes monthly (3rd Tuesday morning) meetings. Board papers are emailed 7 days prior and include Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss compared to budget, Accounts Receivable listing and Monthly EFT listing (for ratification by the Board) which are supplied by external Book-keeper. During the month, the Treasurer also logs in and approves EFT supplier payments (usually once or twice a month), with the CEO answering any queries.
