Who we are

We are a small local charity based in Kew providing facilities and services for the community and running a members club for retired and older people during the day. We are here to connect people within their community and enable everyone to live well for as long as possible.

Kew Community Trust aims to enhance the lives of local people through the Avenue Club, which offers a range of classes, activities and events mainly for those who wish to get the most out of later life. Additionally we run as a community venue for hire.

Position Description

We are looking for Trustees to work with a committed and energetic management board and to be involved in a host of initiatives to raise our profile and reach out across Kew. Our Trustees do not get involved in the day-to-day running of the organisation, but are committed to the effective leadership and strategic planning for the Trust. We particularly seek applicants with a connection to Kew and experience in Digital Technology, Fundraising, HR or Brand Development/Marketing, but welcome other applications.
