Position Description
We are looking for board members who are well connected in the community and who can help open up new doors and bring opportunities that we may not have discovered before and generally help the organisation accomplish its mission. We are targeting Male / Females; Youths; Retired men / Women AND others” to be able to fill our board positions.
The roles are remote roles and we are looking for board members across the globe.
Annual Budget: $750,001-$1,500,000
Number of Paid Staff: 1 – 3
Number of Volunteers: 5 or fewer
Current Board Size: 4-7
Board Meetings (frequency): fortnightly (or more often)
Board Meetings Held: During Day
Board Meetings (Mode): Online/Dial-in
Area of Expertise Being Sought:
Accounting / Finance / Investment, Business Development / Social Enterprise, Fundraising, Marketing / Branding, Media / Communications / Public Relations, Strategy (Strategic / Succession Planning)
